Trainings
As the part of our program activities, association United Women Banja Luka offers possibilities for organizing and facilitating thematic trainings and workshop aimed for building capacities of local nongovernmental organizations, citizens associations of various profiles, political parties, official institutions, and business sector.
Trainings and workshops are organized by trained professional staff of United Women Banja Luka and external consultants - experts for specific areas. All persons engaged on organizing and facilitating trainings have university education, training/certificates for conducting trainings, as well as long term practical experiences in work on areas/topics specified within concept and structure of trainings and workshops.
The methodology used on trainings includes presentations, small group work, plenary discussions, case studies, brainstorming, and analysis of written materials.
